If you upload any photo/image, by clicking “upload” you certify that you have the right to distribute said photo/image and that it does not violate any copyright or trademark laws. You represent and warrant to EHPTickets.com that you either own the uploaded photo or image or have written permission from the copyright owner to use this photo/image for this service.

This service is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and by other applicable laws. You may not process any photograph, image or content owned by someone else without the written consent of the owner of such photograph, image or content. You are solely responsible for any copyright violations that you may incur as a result of your activities on this website.

EHPTickets.com claims no ownership rights to the photos, photo files, images, projects, or captions, (collectively defined as “Content”), that you upload to this website. We will not use or modify your Content for marketing purposes or any other purposes without obtaining your express permission.

ALL DOCUMENTS AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. EHPTICKETS.COM AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL EHPTICKETS.COM AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTUOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF INFORMATION AVAILABLE FROM THIS SERVER.

Changes to Your Order

If you request a change (or edit) in the copy of your ticket after you have approved and paid for it and if it has not been printed yet, we may be able to make the needed edit/change (this can incur a cost if we have to redesign the tickets). EHPTickets.com will email you a new proof and, if needed, will call you for payment for any/all new incurred charges. After you approve the new proof and payment is authorized, we will process your revised ticket order.

Cancellations/Refunds/Returns

    No CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS are possible if the raffle tickets were printed.

No RETURNS are possible if the tickets have been delivered.

Our Shipping Policy

When we ship any package to you our responsibility ends when the carrier we use delivers or attempts to deliver your order. Sometimes carriers cannot deliver packages because of your location even though you list a shipping to address. Sometimes the carrier will not leave your package for various reasons and leave notices that they attempted to deliver your package or that you were closed or did not answer. It is your responsibility to communicate with the carrier we shipped your package to after any attempt was made to deliver your package. We are also not responsible for any reason, if your package is late or undelivered because of any natural or catastrophic condition that may occur with any/all carriers.

If your shipping address has incorrect information such as your address, zip code, etc., you may not receive your package. We make every effort to correct your shipping information. You may request that we ship to an address other than your own address. However, we are not responsible for any package you order that is not received by you.

If any raffle package is returned to us because the addressee failed to provide a receptacle for the receipt of the package or the package is refused, or for any other reason as described by USPS/FedEx, we will not be responsible for reprinting or reshipping your package. Any customer request to reprint or request reshipping will be chargeable to the customer.

Whether your package is shipped to your own address or to another address, you may request “Signature Confirmation Required” for a small additional charge.

Raffles might not be legal in your area.

To find this out check this with your State Attorney General’s Office to help you know this information. We do not give legal advice here and you are responsible to follow your area legal issues. YOU are responsible for the use of your raffle tickets.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the legality in any given locality.

EHPTickets.com respects the privacy of all of our customers. Our privacy policy is that we will not give, sell, or in any way transfer any information about you to anyone outside our company, ever, for the purposes of marketing to you. This includes email (spam), direct mail, or telemarketers.

This policy covers what personally identifiable information EHPTickets.com collects and how it is treated. Personally identifiable information is information that can be used to identify visitors to the EHPTickets.com websites. This information may be limited to an IP address or extend to personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, or phone number.

Our policy only applies to EHPTickets.com websites and does not extend to the practices of other websites that we may link to, companies that we do not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage. We collect and transmit only the information necessary to receive, process and ship your order, and to notify you of any delays or issues. All Credit Card payments are processed through Pay Pal’s secure connection.
