HOW DO I REORDER MY TICKETS ?
We have very easy to follow step by step instructions on how to reorder your raffle tickets right on the home page. Select "How To Reorder Tickets" from the menu at the top of the page and follow the directions. Please remember to tell us what number you want the reorder to start with. If you do not tell us a specific number, the tickets will be numbered starting at #0001.
PROBLEMS LOGGING IN TO AN ACCOUNT PREVIOUSLY SET UP ?
If you are having problems logging in to an account that you have already set up, especially if you have already entered your password several times with no luck getting in to the account - the first step would be to clear your browsing history, close your browser and then restart your browser. Then try to log in again or try a different browser.
There is also a "reset password" link that you can use in the "LOG IN" box to automatically get a new password emailed to you, or just email us between 8:30am and 5pm EST and ask us manually reset it for you.
WHAT IS PRIORITY SERVICE ?
When you select Priority Service, we will move your order ahead of all of the regular orders that we are currently working on. If your order is received before Noon EST, the order will be moved ahead of today's orders. If the order is received after Noon EST, the order will be moved ahead of the next day's orders.
PAYMENT PROBLEMS ?
The most common problem with processing the payments happens when the billing information you have entered in your account does not match what the credit card company has on file for your card. This includes your name, business name, address and phone number. Do not enter any business names or titles your bank will not recognize. You can change or adjust the billing name and address in the shopping cart when entering your credit card information. If your order gets sent through without payment, our customer service department can take your credit card information over the phone or via email and process the payment here.
WHAT ARE THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES WHEN SHIPPING TO CANADA ?
We have a shipping option online called "Canada Only - Priority Mail International" for $35.00 which can be chosen for any order of 1000 tickets or less shipping to a Canadian address. For larger orders please call for rates. Please do not select "Canada Only" shipping if the order is not shipping to a Canadian Address.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY TICKET COPY AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED ?
The raffle ticket orders are printed as soon as they are received, with the exception of orders placed over a weekend, then they are printed first thing the next business day. Changes may be made to your ticket copy if you contact us before they ship. Additional charges may apply depending on where the tickets are in the production process. Please email our customer service department for more information on your ticket order.
WHAT IS PADDING VS. STAPLING?
If you choose stapling when ordering your tickets, the tickets will be stapled in pads of 5, 6 or 10. If you choose padding, the tickets will be glued on one edge of the ticket in pads of 5, 6, 10, 25 or 125 (this is similar to the glued edge on a note pad)
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME ON A RAFFLE TICKET ORDER?
STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING) is as follows:
24 hours on orders of 3,000 or less without any stapling, padding or any special requests.
24 to 48 hours on orders of 4,000 to 5,000 without any stapling, padding or any special requests. Orders higher than 5,000 will take additional time. Padding, stapling into books or any special requests will add time to production.

If your order is placed on the weekend or a holiday, then we will move our production to the next regular working day.
PLEASE NOTE that if you order the day before or after a holiday expect a delay until the next working day after the holiday. When Holidays are in the middle of the week this will delay production as well. We do not have any production on Holidays or weekends.
