* We provide shipping via ground within the continental United States. We may elect to ship through the US Post Office Priority Mail or ground shipping. Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air are also available at a nominal charge. Please note that this is IN ADDITION to IN-PLANT PRODUCTION time and does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Note that next day air & 2nd day shipping does not mean that you will receive your order in one or two days after you approve it. The shipping is the time that your envelopes will take to reach you AFTER they are printed. HOWEVER, we do not guarantee that your package will reach you in two days even if you pay additional for the second day service. Example: If we finish your order and ship it on a Thursday or a Friday you will most likely receive your second day shipment on the next Monday. We are also not responsible for any shipping delays including weather. Our ground shipping is usually through the US Post Office Priority Mail and normally on most orders it will take up to three days to receive your shipment. The regular standard ground shipping will beat UPS 2nd day air shipments in many instances.

PRIORITY SERVICE (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING):
Our orders are processed on a first-in first-out basis. However, if Priority Service is selected, your order will be expedited prior to our regular orders. In fact, this could result in shipping your order the day it is received, depending on the time we receive your order.

Special requests may be written in the “Additional Instructions” window. We will honor, to the best degree possible, any special instructions. However, they may add time to production. It is best to send an email describing a special request rather than just put it on the order and expect that we will just do as requested.

If you select Custom Composition Services, we offer Text Only for $25 and Text & Emailed Digital Artwork for $35. Your digital artwork must be high resolution. These prices include one proof sent via email plus one additional proof if any changes are requested to the initial proof. Any further changes requested will result in additional charges.

Please note that if you submit duplicate orders for a ticket, we are not responsible. You will be charged for any duplicate orders that we produce.
